“Hi! My name is Claire Ashburn, and I am from Greenville, SC! I am majoring in Biological Sciences with the hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist. My reason for choosing to come to Clemson has everything to do with its amazing academics, beautiful campus, the people, the sports, and so much more. Some things about me are that I love being active, whether that is working out, running, going on hikes, traveling, or basically anything outdoors. My top two favorite places that I have traveled to are the Hawaiian Islands and Iceland. I also love playing music! I play the piano, guitar, and I also played the french horn for six years. Two of my favorite artists/bands are Khalid and Mt. Joy. There are many reasons why I am excited about returning back to campus, and some of those include finally being able to meet my roommate (she lives in Illinois), forming new friendships, getting involved on campus, and meeting my ADPi sisters in person!! I am beyond excited to be in ADPi!”- Claire Ashburn, AC ‘20

“My name is Jenna Bolding and I am a freshman Biology major from Greenville, SC. I went to Southside Christian School for thirteen years, so I am excited for a change! Both of my parents went to Clemson, so I have been to every home game since I was five years old.  I plan to go to medical school when I graduate from Clemson.  My goal is to be an Orthopedic Surgeon. I love Jesus, my family, friends, the lake, working out, going to the movies, açaí bowls, shopping, coffee, & country music! Recently, I have taken up running since I’ve been stuck at home! When I am with my friends I love to drive around listening to music, lay out in the sun, and shop! I plan on getting involved on campus through FCA and possibly the Waterski Team. I am so excited to be an ADPi especially since my mom was too! I am looking forward to Mallard Ball the most, but also the weekly Bible studies with Bella, the Chaplin! I can’t wait to get to campus to make friends, meet my ADPi sisters, spend days on the lake, and watch Clemson football! Go tigers!” - Jenna Bolding, AC ‘20

“Hi everyone! My name is Mary Virginia Curtis, but most people call me MV! I will be a sophomore this year and I am majoring in Graphic Communications. I attended Auburn last year, studying a different major, so I feel like I don't know much about my major yet but I'm excited to learn more! I love all things marketing and design. I am so ready to get back on campus and meet every one of you! I'm planning on getting involved in FCA! I’m beyond pumped to have you all as my new besties. Feel free to reach out to me anytime because I am always down to get coffee or play volleyball whenever. I hope everyone is having a great semester so far! Go tigers!”-  Mary Virginia Curtis, AC ‘20

“Hey y’all! My name is Amelia Harless. I’m from the small town of Hartsville, SC and I am attending Clemson University as a Biological Sciences major. I have grown up being a part of the Clemson Family my entire life. My family lives for Clemson football and I have been attending almost every home game since I was 10 months old! I chose Clemson University not only because it is my second home, but because of the outstanding qualities it obtains in academics, athletics, clubs and organizations, and the students that make up the campus. Recently, I joined the ADPi family (best decision ever), and the past few weeks have been nothing short of amazing and it makes me fall in love with Clemson all over again. Prior to recruitment, I was definitely nervous about the experience as a whole but the girls in ADPi left me feeling so excited and so loved after each round. I’m so excited to continue to meet so many new faces as I finally move onto campus! I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my sister, Ally. Our favorite pastime is making tik toks together (that aren’t very good but SO fun). I also love going to the beach, staying active physically and spiritually in my faith, as well as going on spontaneous road trips/car rides with country music or a 2000’s throwback playlist on the aux. I cannot wait to finally meet everyone in person and to finally experience Clemson University as a student and sister in Alpha Delta Pi!”- Amelia Harless, AC ‘20

“Hey y’all!! My name is Peyton Smith and I am an incoming freshman from Charleston, South Carolina and an Environmental Engineering major! I am so excited to get to know all of you!! I chose Clemson because it was the only school where I automatically felt welcome but at the same time challenged. Also, my faith is a massive part of my life and played one of the leading roles in choosing Clemson. I haven’t even lived on campus yet or met any of your beautiful faces, but I have already been surrounded by God’s love and presence from our zoom calls and chats!! If that’s not a clue of why Clemson is the BEST school and ADPi is the BEST sorority, I don’t know what is. I am most excited to meet everyone and get to go on coffee dates and drive-in FCAs. I am praying that we can return to campus safely and that we can be together soon! Go ADPi!! BOOM BOOM” - Peyton Smith, AC ‘20
